These terms explain how a Betfoxx account works day to day: what we ask of you at registration, how bonus funds behave, and what happens when you ask us to pay out. They sit alongside our full terms document, which is the version that governs your account legally.
Who can open an account
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where play on Betfoxx is permitted. We ask for your name, date of birth, email address and a mobile number at sign-up, and we may ask for identity documents before your first withdrawal or when our checks flag an account for review. One account per person, per household, per payment method. Duplicate accounts can be closed and any balance forfeited.
Deposits and account currency

Withdrawals
Once wagering requirements on any active bonus are cleared, you can request a withdrawal from your account balance.
